A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Salem, IL emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
The difference between a manageable repair and a major loss often comes down to how fast water gets extracted after a failure. Our emergency trucks are equipped to start mitigation immediately, not just assess and schedule for later.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
Active flooding gets priority routing ahead of scheduled, non-urgent appointments on the dispatch board.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.
